Youth Crime

Reducing youth crime and improving the youth justice system is a central part of the government's efforts to build safer communities and to tackle social exclusion. The Home Office recently published their Youth Crime Action Plan to address the issues around the problem and the Local Government Channel’s Tracey O'Halloran has been talking to Brendan Finegan from the Youth Justice Board to find out what difference it could make.
